Terms of service

01 · The service and these terms

ReviewFold is operated by INFINITE FLOW COMPANY LIMITED, a Hong Kong company ("we", "us"). These terms apply to your use of reviewfold.com and the ReviewFold service. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to do so.

The current service collects bounded samples of public app reviews from supported App Store and Google Play storefronts and generates evidence-linked analysis. Each run covers one selected storefront. Features and supported sources can change over time.

02 · Accounts and access

Keep your account details accurate and your credentials secure. Do not share credentials, impersonate another person or access another person's account. Notify accounts@reviewfold.com if you suspect unauthorized account use.

Creating an account lets you save reports and manage a subscription. It does not by itself unlock full reports. The service is intended for adults.

03 · Acceptable use

Use ReviewFold lawfully and respect applicable app store and third-party rights. Do not:

• submit credentials, private app data or sensitive information that the service does not request;
• bypass access controls, quotas or security measures, or interfere with the service;
• use the service to harass people, identify private individuals, commit fraud or infringe rights;
• automate abusive requests, resell unauthorized access or attempt to extract other users' information.

04 · Your data and third-party content

You remain responsible for the links and information you submit and for having any rights or permissions needed for their use. You authorize us to process that information to operate the requested collection, analysis and reporting functions, including through the providers described in our privacy policy.

Public review text remains subject to the rights of its authors and relevant platforms. Collection does not give you ownership of a review or permission to republish it without restriction. ReviewFold's name, visual identity, code and interface belong to us or our licensors. You may use reports you are authorized to access for your app research, subject to these terms and third-party rights.

05 · AI-generated reports

AI can misclassify reviews, miss context or produce unsupported wording. A sample may omit relevant reviews, and a generated report may be partial. Review counts, themes and suggested actions describe the collected sample; they do not establish the views of every user or the current state of an app.

Check the original evidence and disclosed coverage before making decisions. Reports are research assistance, not legal, financial or other professional advice. You are responsible for how you interpret and use the results.

06 · Subscriptions and payments

Free previews. You can analyze an app without a subscription and receive a free preview with selected findings. Free previews are subject to quotas, and we may pause new free previews when capacity is limited. Reports you already opened stay available.

Monthly plan. The ReviewFold monthly plan costs US$9.99 per month and includes 5 full reports in each billing month. While you have reports left, each analysis you start opens as a full report and uses one report when it finishes successfully. Analyses that fail or collect too few reviews are not counted, and opening a report again never uses another. You can also use a report to open a free preview you created earlier. Unused reports do not carry over to the next billing month.

App tracking (where enabled). An eligible subscription can track one app in one storefront, either your own app or a competitor. Tracking does not use the five monthly full reports. We aim to check public reviews about once a day, with up to 200 recent reviews collected per check, and update the tracking page as processing completes. Weekly emails, when enabled, summarize the previous Monday–Sunday UTC period and are scheduled from Monday 16:00 UTC. Collection and delivery can be delayed or incomplete; this is not real-time monitoring or a complete store export. We only present week-to-week comparisons when coverage and analysis are comparable. A newly grouped category does not mean the issue began that week. You can turn off weekly emails independently or stop tracking; neither action cancels your paid subscription. Tracking and weekly delivery pause when your subscription is no longer eligible. Monitoring uses a 90-day review window and routine cleanup as described in our privacy policy; it does not maintain a complete history of every review edit. Availability remains subject to the feature being enabled for your account.

Payment and automatic renewal. Payments are processed by PayPal. Before you pay, we show the price, what the plan includes, that it renews automatically and how to cancel. Your subscription renews automatically every month, and PayPal charges your selected payment method each month until you cancel. Your billing dates are shown in your account.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment does not go through, PayPal may retry it. While it retries, you can keep using reports that are still available to you, as shown in your account; otherwise new analyses open as free previews. If the payment is not completed, your subscription is suspended and no new reports can be used, or it may end. Updating your payment method does not by itself restart a suspended subscription. To continue, restart your subscription from your account page: we close the suspended subscription and start a new monthly plan at the current price once PayPal confirms the payment. You are not charged for the month that was paused.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future payments. Your plan, including unused reports, stays available until the end of the billing month you paid for.

Refunds. If you have not used any reports in a billing month, you can ask for a full refund of that month's charge within 7 days of being charged. Otherwise, we do not refund partial months, but you can cancel any time. To ask for a refund, email accounts@reviewfold.com from your account email. When we refund a charge, we also cancel future renewals unless you ask us not to. We will also review and correct duplicate or incorrect charges whenever they are reported. Refunds are returned through PayPal to the original payment method.

Your full reports. Full reports you obtained stay available in your account after you cancel or your subscription ends, unless your account is deleted or access must be removed for legal reasons or misuse of the service.

Price changes. If we change the price of the monthly plan, the new price applies to new subscriptions. Your existing subscription keeps its price for as long as it stays active.

Availability. We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular service level. Keep copies of results you need using the available exports.

Payments. When you subscribe, PayPal processes your payment. We receive your PayPal subscription and transaction identifiers, payment status, amounts and dates, so we can provide your plan, handle refunds and keep required records. We do not receive or store your full card or bank details. PayPal's own privacy statement applies to the information you give PayPal.

07 · Responsibility and applicable rights

We take reasonable care in operating the service, but cannot guarantee that sampled reviews or automated reports are complete, accurate or fit for a particular decision. We are not responsible for third-party app store content or services that we do not control.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits rights you have under applicable law. Responsibility for any dispute is determined under applicable law and the circumstances of that dispute; these terms do not impose a fixed damages cap.

08 · Changes, suspension and ending use

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security concerns or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time and contact us to request account deletion, as described in the privacy policy.

We will publish updated terms with a revised effective date when the service changes. Material changes affecting existing users will be communicated with notice appropriate to the change and applicable law.
